I like roasted pumpkin seeds, too, but I don't think they taste anything like nuts.

Are you kidding??? I LOVE Pastacios. Pastacios, IMHO are 2nd only to Cashews. Cashews, Pastacios, Macademia Nuts, Pecans, Almonds and Peanuts are my favs in that EXACT ORDER.
