Slendy anyone?

Post by Hallow's Queen » Wed Aug 10, 2011 11:36 pm

So, not as much a website as a series on youtube. MarbleHornets is a definent must see in spooky and scary guys. Deals with "Slender Man" who is this creepy figure with no face, in a tux, and elongated arms and legs. There are 40 or so episodes now, and I suggest watching it in the dark for max scary potential.

DOOO ITT. I also have a channel my self that I have set up. It's going slow and my acting sucks (A LOT ) but I have other plans for it, that don't have slender man but rather a different character. Anyway, links below! Enjoy!

I love Urban Legends. I actually wrote about the origins of the Slender Man legend for my blog back in February of this year.

Sadly, I came across the origins of the Slender Man legend, which has more-or-less killed the spooky factor for me. I did watch some of the videos that were out then, but wasn't terribly impressed-- maybe I'll give it another go.

I'll have to check out your links when I've a free moment. =)

Never heard of Slendy, that's a lot of creepy.
All you that doth my grave pass by,
As you are now so once was I,
As I am now so you must be,
Prepare for death & follow me.

Slendy is the icon of the creepypasta world. I didn't know anyone put creepypasta on here before I made my thread on it.

I like the rake more. To me its a whole lot creepier.

Halloween wraps fear in innocence,
As though it were a slightly sour sweet.
Let terror, then, be turned into a treat...

I'd read a little Slenderman on creepypasta, but after going through some of those links I don't think I'll be sleeping anytime soon.
We're the farmer's scarecrows
We scare away the birds,
We keep the farmer's corn safe
Without any words.
But when Halloween comes
We jump out of the ground
And we scare the boys and girls
When they come walking 'round.
