Nightbanes
Nightbanes is an online Halloween/Horror/Fantasy themed card game. It's free to play and new cards can be earned through dueling quests. It looks like it's worth checking out.
I've played Magic the Gathering and that's an interesting game itself. It can get expensive buying cards all the time though.
Some of the cards in MtG would most definitely be appropriate for Halloween.

I've never played Magic the Gathering myself but from what I've seen of the game, I think I can safely say that Nightbanes plays more or less similarly if not more simplistically.
