What costume are you going to wear this year? For me, I'm thinking about buying to wear a costume this year. Maybe I can dress up as Ghostface just like in "Scream" movies. Or, I might be Grim the Reaper. I'm still thinking about which one to wear for this year. So what about you guys?

This will be a Harry Potter Halloween at our house, so it's Madam Hooch for me!!

I haven't even begun to think about it yet. Last year it was a classic witch, in fact Hooch and I had the same one! The year before that I was a gothic queen, with a red and black ball gown and a floor length black veil, and a huge black crown, it was pretty over the top.

I'm torn between Lily from the Munsters and Tippi Hendren in "The Birds".

I have been searching for a cotume that is comfortable yet fits the holiday. I am hoping to find a black or dark grey tux with tails can and top hat.

I vote for Tippi for sure, that is an awesome costume, grey suit, birds glued all over it, a few scratches, a little blood....one of my favs. If you really want to go over the top, carry a birdcage with two real birds in it!

Thanks for the suggestion, Hooch! I may have to watch the movie again to get some more detail but know I definitely have to go shopping at the thrift store for the outfit. Can't wait to see your Harry Potter themed Halloween party this year. LP

I agree, the Tippi Hedren costume sounds awesome! That would be really fun to do.

Renissance or medieval for me. Maybe egyptian. I'm doing an egyptian tomb theme for the haunted house this year. So I may end up doing an egyptian costume. Depends on if I lose more weight. I've lost 55 pounds, I'm still losing, so I might look cute in a little egyptian outfit. LOL

The Ghost of a Soldier of the Revolutionary War. Of course. One that still has his head.

I was thinking maybe Al Jolson.
But it's still a ways off, yet.

AL Jolson??? With blackface and white gloves? Are you into classic movies, TOO?
