Smelly Masks

Post by Xofer » Sat Sep 22, 2007 1:56 pm

I purchased my wolfman mask today, it looks great!

But it has an odd smell, like most plastic does I guess, including fake fur.

Does anyone have any suggestions how to get rid or 'mask the smell of my smelly mask?

I thought about putting a clothes dryer sheet in there, might freshen it up.

I had a mask like that once. And it was a Wolfman's mask actually. Back in the early 80's. It got to the point that I had to throw it out. You really have to be careful with those rubber mask they get moldy very easily. Before you put it away for the year, make sure it is completely dry and stuff it with old dray rags. Also, I wouldn't store it in a basement. I would keep it in a closet.
Good luck getting the smell out.
Because once you cross that bridge, my friend, the ghost is through, his power ends.
