I watched it after dinner last night and man...it's 'library worthy' as in you should have it in your collection.
Even if it were made only for the visuals it is worth the price. It is simply beautiful to look at.
The stories are very much in the old horror comics vein (pun intended) and they weave in and out of a folded-over timeline a la Pulp Fiction, so you could loop it endlessly and enjoy an exciting Halloween night forever and ever...
The only extra is an evil little cartoon starring an early version of Sam, who is featured in each of the stories in the movie.

Wow wow wow wow wow, this movie is just amazing. The best Halloween movie ever indeed!!! And it seems to be selling like hotcakes

Ok, we just finished watching it.
We liked it. It was fun, great plot and story developement.
Good acting, nice things of scary and gore without being gratuitous, and it moved at a decent place.
I didn't have too many scares in your face.
Actually, none that made me jump, and only one gore scene involving the hamstring can't stand that type of injury - it made my girlfriend briefly look away. We did suspect a few of the storylines, but that doesn't bother us...

sorry to doule post but i can't stop thinking about this movie
the witch's scene was the coolest to me her house (which use to be my sig) is AMAZING!!
i also liked the "girls" scene. you'll know what i'm talking about when you see it
the movie's visuals were fantastic and it was very artistic in my opinion when it came to how certain colors were used

The scene with the girls caught me off guard. I didn't expect it. But it was great! I like being surprised.
