Another great Tim Burton film in my opinion. I love his work & visions. Not as good as The Nightmare Before Christmas but I still really like & enjoyed it.
Are any of you fans of this film too?

I thought it was pretty cool. I actually got to meet some of the animators(?), claymators(?), whatever you call the people who do the stop-motion filming. They had a display set up at Comic-Con before the movie came out. I'll post pics if I can find em.

The guy in the striped shirt is one of the animators. Can't remember his name, been a few years. The figurines are pose-able puppets. I seem to remember him saying they get about 2 minutes of footage a week. Tedious much? So sad that this type of art form is going bye-bye with the advance of CGI.

Awesome pics NeverMore! Thanks for posting!
I also love this art form & yes it is a shame that it's disappearing due to CGI.

I'm just not a big fan. I don't mind it in moderation but I don't like films like Hostel although I can tolerate the Saw films - just & I know there's worse out there than that!
I've always been very funny & selective about gore in films & what I can & can't tolerate.
Never watched horror porn!

Umm no, I've never watched 'horror porn'. Porn is is formulaic. I don't think they would have much 'plot'.
