these mornings of getting the kids to school, drinking a cup of coffee and watching the news while reading my forums is pretty nice.

I wonder why that is? He is always so eloquent and forthright in his posts...

Sorry, I've not posted so much around here because I am now working most of the time at home and at the cemetery during nights. Sometimes I am on other Haunt and Horror forums. ;) But I am going to stick around here almost everyday. :D

had an idea that I thought would be funny...well, to me anyway. Get a rubber glove like the DRs use and then smear some chocolate on the index finger and leave it on the ground in a high walk traffic area and watch peoples reaction....hahaha

Now that's funny as hell...I would love to video tape people looking at it and their faces.

It's the most adorable thing I've seen in a while. I want to cuddle it, and let it sleep in my bed, and drool on it.

My 13 year old so hurt his foot in gym class a week ago. I listened to him complain about it being still sore day after day. I took him to the DR. after this went on for a week. They sent him straight to the Orth. DR. who informed me that he had a tarsal fracture!

This could potentially be a pretty big deal! MRI scheduled for Tuesday. May need surgery to add pins!

I am such a bad mom! Made him walk for a WEEK! He even had to take gym again! I just thought is was strained!

shanda, my mom did the same thing when I was in 6th grade, a kid threw a dodge ball at me and it hit my pinky finger and broke it in two places, I complained and whined for 4 days and she kept telling me I was fine. She took me to the doctor and in 5min they told her it was broken and I needed one of those silly finger casts.....I'm sure she felt bad about it.

Ha, my mum did that to me when I had a HUGE chunk of glass in my foot, she thought I was faking it to get out of track and field. Then a week and a half later when my foot was double it's size she took me to the ER.

Don't feel terrible though, there are quite a few parents who've made similar mistakes. And even more people who have done it to themselves.

Good luck.
