My family isn't home, so me and my gf will eat leftover pizzas with pepperoni and jalapenos. :)

I guess tomorrow night we might eat smoked turkey with swiss cheese, tomato, and lettuce with kraiser rolls. ;)

I have no plans for dinner. I usually just wing it when I get home.

Well, no comments since 3 weeks here.... but that's okay. ;)

We're going to have pepperoni pizzas tonight, you know we always love to eat same ole s***! But, I guess we will have good chili dinner tomorrow night, but don't know yet. My grandpa was talking about Broiled London for lunch tomorrow, if any leftover meat we have to bring it home and eat again for dinner.

My grandpa loves it! :D He likes garlic chicken with vegetables, like carrots, broccolis and potatoes.

here iHaunt, try this:

4 chicken thigh with skin
4 lg clove garlic
3 tablespoons molasses
1/2 tablespoon apple spice vinegar
4 tablespoons cooking sherry
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 pinch of paprika
1 Pinch cumin
1 pinch curry powder
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 pinch ground pepper
2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt (Kosher)

1. mince garlic and add all ingredient's except chicken in a bowl and mix.
2. combine marinade and chicken in a sealable bag
3. marinade at room temp for 30 min
4. preheat oven to 400
5. arrange chicken skin side up in a baking dish greased or coated with PAM
6. bake until inside temperature of chicken is 175 degrees then broil for 5min or until skin is crisp
7. serve with rice or other side dish.

Chili cheese dogs are good! :D And, for tonight I really don't know what I'm going to have for dinner tonight. Maybe Supreme calzone.
