If you go to the bottom of the main forums page and click Administrators, it will show a list of administrators. There is HalloweenCom and Hallowee. It says Hallowee joined December 31 1969. The internet was not even around then. So who the heck is this guy and why does it say 1969?

It was HalloweenCom, I believe... I think he was testing his own forum board here to make sure everything's work out! 
And, for that year 1969, that's the year when he was born.
That doesn't mean he joined here that year!
