I emailed Haunt Master and he said it was between him and HalloweenCom.

This isn't a democracy, when someone repeatedly breaks the rules, there are consequences. It isn't something personal with him, just rules being broken with plenty of warnings.
In general these are the rules and have to be followed, nothing related to Haunt Master here in particular, just a quick summary of the rules:
1. You can't take posts or images from other places and post them here. Anything that violates the copyright law that I find out about is not allowed.
