So another post inspired me to start this one. We are on a super limited budget this year and I was wondering if any of you Halloween gurus had any good ideas for good homemade Halloween decorations on the cheap. Here are two links that I have found, but I am sure you guys have done some things yourselves or have collected other links for different projects that are inexpensive to create.

Thanks everyone!!

Those are really neat ideas. I love the spooky deamon bat cups and I never thought about those boards as tombstones!

Hey guys! I'm a new member, but a seasoned haunter. Those $1 graves are on my site - but I have a bunch more projects for us frugal haunters. Seems like a lot of people like my "cheap bats" project here: http://www.madhauscreative.com/bats.html and my "cheap Spiders" here: http://www.madhauscreative.com/cheap_spiders.html

Happy Haunting!

My sister-in-law (SIL) told me that Martha Stewart has some great, low-cost ideas for decorating. One idea in particular that my SIL mentioned was taking a black, plastic trash bag... cutting it into strips and then streatching them to create eerie black curtains.

I made my own tomb stones last year, some blew off but heres a couple. i just used polystyrene sheets, a soldering iron to make the wording, and then painted them.

Heres a grandfather clock i made out of cardboard boxes too.
