Cold drinks during Summer!

That's one of the reasons why I never aquired a taste for cofee, and as much as I love chocolate, I just can't abide hot coco.

Well, coffee is not my good-tasting flavor, but I do love cappuccino. I don't drink during the summer time - but if someone offers me for the morning, then that would be fine. I refuse to drink after the noon, even night too!

Nope. None of those. Fruit punch, Soda and ice water is all I drink, with the very rare exception of a beer or a glass of whine.

I like Gatorade berry-punch (red color) when I am getting so thirsty. Of course, I do drink some soda with foods. And, water or lemonade if I feel too hot and sweaty - I have to drink!

I drank gaterde years ago, but it gave me MAJOR heart burn.

Yeah, some Gatorade will give you heartburn! And, for any Gatorade drinks - I'd have to stay away from any lemon flavors, you know? It'll give you bad heartburn! I only prefer Berry-Punch only... well, I do love Grape - still it gives me heartburn too! I don't understand why!

Sometimes a doctor will suggest that a patient drink Gaterade because of a potasium deficiency.

Yes, you're right! And also, a friend of mine who has small bowel movement problem, and the doctor suggested him to drink 12 oz. Gatorade 3 times a day. So far, he's doing fine.

Someties I take a potassium s uppliment because my legs cramp from time to time. I use to drink gaterade, but I stopped because of the heart burn.

Bannannas and baked potatos are also a great source of potassium. If you use a potassium suppliment, however, you do have to be careful not to take too much. Too much potassium in your system can be just as bad as not enoujgh.

I do like banana pudding, and it's delicious! And, for some drinks, you know, soda pops of any kinds always make me burp and belch if I am so thirsty to drink it up so fast!

I love bannanna flavored deserts the best, but the only way to get all the potasium from bannannas is to just eat a bananna plane.

When I was kid, I used to love to eat banana split ice cream.... but not have it anymore for a long time... My grandpa still loves it and he always eats during the summer time! And, I have banana floater for my swimming pool.

So, is there any good cold drink that we can try this summer?
