I agree with Hocus Pocus and Hotel Transylvania. I also liked Frankenweenie.
There's a fun show on the food network every Sunday in October called Halloween Wars which is awesome (and I normally hate that channel). It's a competition show where 5 teams made up of a pumpkin carver, a cake artist and a candy craftsman have to use their combined talents to create these unbelievable works of art. They're given a theme with each challenge (zombies vs vampires, Grimms fairytales, trolls, etc...). It's pretty entertaining and quite impressive to watch.
Oh and if you can find it--Punkin Chunkin! That's a fun one to watch. It's a yearly event I think in Delaware where people make different types of "machines" to launch a pumpkin as far as they can.

Monster House, is good for kids too. Loved it so much I bought the game!
Also, check out, Figaro Pho. It's a favorite of mine. It's a cute animated toon, which I find can be classified as Halloweenish. I love it!
