Dot room
Trying to get instruction on how to make a dot room. What's easiest to make the dots? A stencil for the walls? And just spray paint with flourescent paint? And what about making the outfit for the person in the room?

do you mean simply having glow-in-the-dark paint dots on the walls? For something non-angular (for angular the best is just using green "frog" tape) its best to create a stencil and paint/spray away. Size and number of dots are going to determine just how long of a process it is
