Oh good only a few more weeks then! That's when I am going to start decorating as well, it can't get here soon enough.

Every summer month is a long one in texas it's heat stroke hot all the time I would gladly welcome 80 degree weather here in dallas on average it's 100 or higher and we don't get cool days until late october although strangely today it was like 60 degrees out just a small preview of the fall i guess but tomorrow it'll be 90 thats texas weather for ya!

Whoa mama! Mother nature is piling it on big time for bringing us an unusually cool August. I spent the day working outside in the east county where temps were well over 100. Came home, took a seriously cold shower then went downtown where it was still pretty warm. Probably cuz I was surrounded by 25,000 of my neighbors?

I got to see 'Black Eyed Peas', 'Modest Mouse' and 'Band of Horses' so I'm happy. Not going tomorrow, even though I paid for the ticket. Too hot!

I just got in from cruising around on my bike not too long ago. It is cold enough to actualy wear a coat and gloves while riding. The calender may say "August," but the weather is October for sure. I might even light a fire in my fire place tonight.

Fri and Sat were 100+. Today it's 70 and breezy.

Weird weather for sure.

August went by in a flash.
Now the Halloween season begins for real.
The weather is already Fall-ish around here.

The entire summer has been flying by, and it's over for me now that I'm back in college and swamped with schoolwork. x.x;
Still, I'm looking forward to Halloween this year, But I am concerned with is balancing school and work, and my finances.
But I'm not going to let that ruin my Halloween spirit. After all, it only comes once a year!

I just got GREAT news!!! This following week my area is supposed to be in the high of 70s! The weather is going to be absolutely perfect, and it is going to feel exactly like the Halloween season. I cant wait!

I am also so excited for the Halloween stores to open. Spirit has been working on their seasonal store. It is closer to my house this year.
August has flown by for me. I started teaching at a new school this year and we started back Aug. 6th. I am so glat tomorrow is the last day of Aug. I start ALL of my fall and Halloween decorating on the 22nd of Sept. Only a few weeks away!!!
