Re: Tomorrow 1'st of September
Here too, for the past two days! I love it, cool and windy and overcast. The perfect Halloween feel. I'm just waiting for the leaves to start turning.

Re: Tomorrow 1'st of September
I kid you now, last Saturday, it was 96 degrees when I left to visit my friends in the old neighborhood. The sun was beating down on me, and I had the air condtioning going full blast. I ended up taking the car because of possible storms. That turned out bo be the smart decision as I got caught in a doosie.
Then after the storms came through, the temp dropped to 76, and by Sunday night, temps were down into the 50s, and by yesterday evening, they dipped down to 49 degrees. I actualy had to run my furnace this morning.
Halloween is definately in the air.

Mike, it was 81 degrees during daytime then it was dropped to 77 degrees during night time. You know, I always live near the beach.

Re: Tomorrow 1'st of September
Nashville's high yesterday was something like 57 degrees--the lowest "high" in recorded history there on that date. We are supposed to make it up into the mid-60s today. We are almost 30 degrees below the norm here for this time of hear--so lovely!
We got tons of rain the last couple of days, with the remnants of tropical storm Lee. I am sorry we couldn't have shared some of it with Texas.

I meant to say "I kid you not." But at any rate, it's only supposed to be 72 or 73 today, with rain in the forecast for tomorrow.
Like I said, Halloween is definately in the air, as is Fall, and while I do love Summer, it's been a long and hot one here in Illinois, so I am ready for some cooler motorcycle riding weather.

Oh I am so jealous! I think tonight is our last cool night for at least a week. Supposed to be back in the upper nineties next week.

Re: Tomorrow 1'st of September
sounds absolutely beautiful! We are in for a couple of hot days this week, then a much cooler mid to low eighties streak. Not as nice as your forecast but I'm still happy about itwitchy wrote:He's our forecast for the week, crazy!!
