Favorite Type of costume?

What is your favorite type of costume? eg. scary, cute, funny, classic, etc.
Personnally I have no clue, but somewhere in between scary and cute. Classic seems to old fashioned for me

Well, hard for me to think.... I wish I would dress up as Captain Spaulding, the clown from HOUSE OF 1000 CORPSES, and also, THE DEVIL'S REJECTS, you know, that actor named Sid Haig? So, I'm not so sure if I am going to be like him this year because of money and hard-working on my own halloween decorations.
BUT - I can be the Necromancer this year.

I like the scary costumes. Anything that is scary and Halloween related I like.

I tend toward whatever the theme of my party is be it Queen Hatshepsut, Black Jenny Queen of the Pirates or Elle Razor, Crazy assistant dressed as a gothic vampire chickie.
But never gory I just cannot abide gory. That is a personal thing though, I prefer the beauty of the season, the opulence and richness, like a good gothic vampire. sigh
