I'm looking for ideas and all of your creative minds!

Post by johnsoneliza52 » Fri Jan 20, 2012 8:11 pm

We've been thinking about our theme for this year, and nothing has hit home yet. We had a suggestion from a close friend who wanted us to do a Disney theme this year, and I just can't wrap my head around it. You all may know we don't do the traditional 'haunt' theme. Here is a few of our years;

We have found that the theme goes over better if we have some kind of a backdrop, instead of just everything in the yard.

Anybody? Throw out any ideas, please

How about the Addams Family or The Munsters.

How about a Nightmare on Elm Street theme? You could recreate different scenes from the films.

Mausoleum? Rent a hearse to park out front.

How about a creepy carnival? You could actually make rides for the kids to play on.
And what's a carnival without a spooky funhouse?

I love that one!
Halloween wraps fear in innocence,
As though it were a slightly sour sweet.
Let terror, then, be turned into a treat...
