What are you doing when you're online and not posting?

Just curious about that. Every once in a while, I can see that a handful of people are online and nobody is saying a word...what are you doing out there? Are you just observing? Are you making mental notes of which of us are weirdos that you don't don't want to talk to anymore? Are you contacting the FBI? Are you trying to think of something thought provoking to say (not entirely necessary, if you are

)? What exactly are you doing? My inquiring mind wants to know...and talk to you

Most of the time I am reading the posts but do not have the time to answer.

A lot of time I am checking out the posts and will answer at another time.

I do like to comment as much as possible.

The only site I visit when I'm online is this one. I still have dial-up, a 1400 baud modem, so it generally takes about 5 hours to catch up on messages, then another 2 or 3 hours more if I decide to post.

NeverMore, I can't believe there are still peoople out there with the patience to deal with a dial-up connection. I actualy stopped surfing the Internet at home until my carrier went to a high speed deal. I also got tired of the huge phone bills I was paying.

I'm on one chat board other than this, and just check there daily. Other than that, I look up ideas for Halloween, including recipies, etc, and cruise through Groupon, etc to see what deals are out there. Nothing very interesting!
