Im selling small decorated hats. It has a removable headband and can be clipped to hair.
They also can be ordered with an under chin elastic for dogs or cats.
They are beautifully crafted for a one of a kind accessory.
I can ship within the US and buyer pays shipping.
top hats are black 6 1/2"L x 5 1/2" W x 2 1/2" H price is $15.00
witch hats are outside diameter: 6" inside diameter: 2 1/2" top to base: 4" price is 13.00
cowboy hats are 5 1/4" from front to back and 4" side to side price is $12.00
