Are they safe to carve? Where should I keep them? Inside or ouside of my house? My weather is always warm in October all the whole time! :)

They should be safe to carve... you may want to try picking up an exacto knife at your local hobby store to give you the ability to carve greater detail out, since they're so small. Have fun!
