you know what I like about it, the mask and the way he's posed in that pic as if he's really zombie walking, nice job

Love it, Mac! Of course, I especially love your Leatherface (I remember it from last year)! How do you keep them all anchored down?

Thanks! I use U-posts, Joossa. You know those green metal fence posts they sell in Lowes and Depot for wire fencing? They come in various lengths, light duty or heavy duty, with a flange on the bottom. With the mallet end of my axe, they hammer into the ground really easily, even if the ground is dry, rocky, or near tree roots, and they're super stable, even in heavy wind, because of the flange. They've got pre-drilled holes in them, and I use drywall screws (nice and cheap) to attach the pvc pipe or wood (depending on the prop) supports of the monster right to the u-post. It takes about five minutes to put one of them up (once they're built), and about two to take them down. The U-posts pull out of the ground really easily, and because of how they're shaped (cross section like a U), they don't leave a big hole. It closes right back up after a rain. They range in price from $2.50 to $5.00, depending on the size, but they last forever. I use 'em for putting up my fencing as well, because they're so stable and quick.

I'm always sad when I have to pack him away in November. Maybe I'll leave him out for a while.

The window cling, that's there to stay. That's never coming off my window!!!

Would I sound like a stalker if I asked where you live?

Awesome setup!
By the way, you got a ghost there at the right. Or just someone moving extremely fast.
LOL! I look like Loonette silly! I live in upstate NY and I don't have any relatives in Texas. ;) But you're cute, you wanna come sit on Aunt Jewelly's lap and I'll tell you a story?
