They are certainly missing something, but I think the problem lies in our local politicians.

Yes, Halloween was disapointing this year.... Live in UT and they had everyone celebrate Sat. instead of Sun.... even the haunted houses were closed... But,... we went to the old SLC graveyard and took pics it was fun and creepy... so not so bad........

Well, Halloweeners do hate rainy night! I hope next year will be much better! I believe I had no rain on Halloween since 2001.
