What's the best way to do it? How long do you have to roast the seeds for. I might try it this year.

Roast the seeds are so so good! I've had them before, but dunno how to cook 'em. I only bought pumpkin seeds at the grocery store. So anyone may post the recipe how to roast the seeds here please.

For pumpkin seeds I only use a little olive oil and salt. Heat in the oven for about 20 minutes, and shake them around every so often. You should check on them every few minutes tho, some ovens cook faster.
You can also use a lil chilli powder if you like them more spicy.
