Re: Christmas movies
I actualy do like "A Christmas Story," because I can relate to a lot of what goes on in it, but it's not an all time favorite. I don't have a copy of it in my Christmas DVD collection. If I happen to catch a screening on cable tv, fine. If I don't, it's no biggie.

Christmas Story just makes me laugh, really hard.
They showed Wonderful Life on NBC this past Saturday night. Did others watch it?
It's hard to imagine that the studio execs originally released it during the summertime. What goofball would have done that? It's like they were trying to bury it. Jimmy Stewart ultimately said it was his favorite movie, although he won the Oscar for Harvey, about the invisible white rabbit.

While we're on the subject of A Christmas Story--my mom bought my older brother A Christmas Story tree ornament. It's the dad admiring his hideous leg lamp
