It a very dangerous sickness you will got from bacterias in the foods and waters of some other country where water supply is not properly treated.

When I traveled in Mexico as a teenager, they had pills we could take to stop dysentery if we got it. We got the pills from an American doctor and took them with us on the trip.

If you can find a store or gas station in Cuba that sells Aquafina or some other brand of bottled water, that would probably be the best way to go.

JUST MAKE SURE THE BOTTLES ARE SEALED AND NOT JUST FILLED UP WITH CUBAN TAP WATER.
