You sure they were mosquitoes? Maybe someone invented nanobot vampires?

Great pic RDM!

It was raining during the day here on Halloween, but come the night it had stopped & was just cloudy. I'm glad it didn't rain though!

I have seen it snow in October before, but I agree. Snow is great for Christmas and Santa Clause, but it really does not go with Halloween.

I didn't get any snow in my area, but it was pretty darn cold. When I went for my mignight motorcycle ride, I really had to bundle up, and my legs were just about frozen by the time I got home.

In October of 75, the North side of Chicago had a freak 2 inch snow storm. They made the best of it by building snow men, and then putting jack o'lanterns on top of them instead of a snow head. It actualy looked like fun, but I'm with the majority. I much prefer Fall weather for Halloween, and wait for Christmas for ice and snow.

I think there's something subtly creepy about snow. Something about the quiet of snowfall and the thick ground covering hiding the unknown. Plus you can spray red coloring on snow and make it look like a bloody massacre. :D

So far no snow for Christmas. God must be high.
Halloween wraps fear in innocence,
As though it were a slightly sour sweet.
Let terror, then, be turned into a treat...

No snow here, but I know it will snow next month, Feb and Mar.

It's supposed to rain all through Christmas Day, and then snow on the 26th. The good news is that I at least won't have to deal with snow on the road when I go to my brother's house for Christmas Dinner this Sunday, but I do enjoy a "White Christmas."

it's also fun to put a balloon filled with red dye inside a snowmans head then shoot it with a BB gun :)
