Bwa ha ha!!!! Watching 'The Expendables 2'.
Barney (Sly Stallone): I've heard another rumor... that you were bitten by a king cobra?
Booker (Chuck Norris): Yeah, I was... and after five days of agonizing pain... the cobra died.

Watching the trailer for 'Man of Steel'. Between this and the next Star Trek I'm really looking forward to next summer. Watch it in hi-rez at full screen. Pa Kent is sort of a jerk in this one.

Superman has been wussified now. Not even worth bothering with.

I'm watching the sunlight cascade between the slats of the closed verticle blinds, the house is deathly quiet, the only sounds are coming from out side, muted sounds of cars and people. The silence is occationally broken by my own thoughts.

Supes is getting Nolanized. If you liked the last Batman trilogy you may like this. It still bugs me that he's no longer wearing his underwear on the outside but I guess times change.Boogeyman wrote:Superman has been wussified now. Not even worth bothering with.
Edit: Wow! Spooky really must be sick if he's waxing poetic.

It is no longer Truth, Justice and the American way. In other words, wussified .

Spooky is indeed waxing poetic!
I'm not watching anything right now, but lately I've been stuck on the first season of Downton Abbey, which we bought for half-price last weekend. Now, unfortunately, I want to buy the second season, and that one is not marked down yet.

Nothing at the moment, but my recent obsession has been Merlin, which I believe you can see on SyFY. We buy the DVDs as soon as they become available in the US, and then I scour the 'net to find the most recent episodes. This current season (5) is its last. It's been a great show.

Re: Whatcha watchin right now?
I agree my friend. It is a very good show. I got in to it in the third season. I have not watched any of this season yet. I think they are in midseason. I believe new episodes will air on Syfy in May.
