I went to Japantown yesterday and found this solar powered dancing jack o lantern.

When you put him in strong natural light his body and his head groove back and forth.

They also had a skeleton a witch a vampire and a ghost

So my wife and I were in Michael's today and we couldn't help but get some new Halloween stuff. We got this great pewter looking skull with a crow removing his eye. We also got a skeleton witch. I'm sure we'll get more later but it's a good start especially considering it's July 27th.

As I've probably mentioned before, I try to get a new werewolf every Halloween. This year a got him a little early because an artist, well two actually working together, called Worms and Bones opened slots in May and I was afraid if I didn't jump on it I wouldn't get in. Their slots tend to fill quickly. They do hand-crafted art dolls of unusual subjects under the banner Homemade Horrors. Werewolves are just one of their offerings. The piece as arrived and looks great. The doll has an internal armature and his extremely pose-able.
