Oh, I was going to post a Little Halloween thread, but you beat me to it! Mike certainly gave us all a great idea with that tradition. I miss him. I hope he rejoins us someday, and tells us all about whatever adventures he has been having in retirement.

I am so ready for tonight I am going to watch some scary movies and make some treats (probably popcorn) and a maybe even a margarita or two.

I miss Mike to, I was thinking about sending him something in the mail, but I'm not to sure if I should or not, I have tried to email and instant message him, to no avail. I hope he's okay.

I did see a review on Amazon for the Halloween deluxe box set from a user named Pumpkin Man. It made me wonder if it was him.

I haven't been on the forum very often of late - did something happen to make Mike go away? I read a post that mentioned him like he was not around anymore, so that got me wondering if he was okay. Or did something out of the ordinary happen here to upset him? Don't want to stir up the dust or anything, just a bit concerned, that's all.

Mike retired from his job at the college and was going to do some sightseeing. That was during the summer though, because he talked about going on his motorcycle.

He had also talked about relocating, either to the southwest where it is warmer, or to east TN, where he has relatives. He had wanted to get out of Illinois. If you have his address, Witchy, I'd use it soon if I were you. He may have moved and left a forwarding order for his mail, but those expire after one year.

Interesting that you saw a "Pumpkin Man" on Amazon, Boogeyman. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if it were Mike.

I got my home theater set up, 500W Yamaha 5.1 surround sound, my 15000:1 HD projector mounted, and Samsung BluRay player all ready, I watched "Ghost Ship" on a 8.5ft (102") wide screen on Friday.......pure awesomeness
