Star Trek Beyond (2016) Movie

I've seen the official movie trailers for Star Trek Beyond and I'm very interested in seeing this new movie. It's the third reboot film in the Star Trek franchise, which focuses on events in an alternate time-line. In this film The USS Enterprise crew is into their five year mission exploring strange new worlds when they come face to face with a new threat to the Federation. This new enemy is no easy task as the crew of the USS Enterprise must do all that they can in order to preserve the very future of the Federation itself.

What are your thoughts about this new film? Are you are you excited to see it?

We love the Star Trek reboot. We think the whole concept of it has been very cleverly written and executed. We were saddened to hear of the tragic accident that recently claimed the life of one of the young actors.

I doubt we'll be seeing this one in the theater, though, as we are cash-strapped this summer. Unless one of us can land at least a part- time job soon, we'll be watching this movie on DVD.
