Chocoholicmom they are FANTASTIC!!!!! :twisted:

Can I ask....how did you discolour the labels? When I printed mine, as I tried to dip them in tea water the ink ran and you couldn't read the writing :(

How did you manage to keep them legible :?: :?: :?:

Yors are SOOOOOO COOL !!!!!!!

Hi William, You asked about spell books...I haven't managed to make one yet but somewhere on this thread (at least I think it is on this one!) there is a fab link that someone has posted explaining exactly how to make one. The picture of the finished article is awesome!

Hi britishwitch, I printed them out on plain paper and went over a couple of times, just dabbing with a tea bag, with the odd flake of coffee here and there on some. The spider in the web i just put in to the yahhoo pictures search engine spiders.gifs or webs.gifs and it popped up. if u cant find one pm me your email and ill send you what i have :)

Hi Chocoholicmom

Thanks....perhaps that was what I was doing wrong. I shouldn't have dipped them completely!

I will give them a go your way! Thanks too for the tip on the clip art...I will go away and have a look now!

:D

See..that's where I lack in making a good label...I can't make the borders etc. around the label.

chocoholicmom;

Great work!! I had a bit of a struggle with "aging" my paper, like Britishwitch. I'm tempted to start all over again, but we'll see how much time I have.

Just thought I would tell you I have finally managed to finish a label that hasn't run and become illegable! As soon as I can, I will photograph it so you can see! Pum'kinpye & Chocoholicmom inspired me to get them finished as I was losing heart :?

Theirs looked so good! :D
