Hero: Ghost Rider (Marvel), Batman (DC)

Villian: Green Goblin (Marvel), Scarecrow (DC)
Because once you cross that bridge, my friend, the ghost is through, his power ends.

Okay, so, does anyone remember DC's Gentleman Jim/Gentleman Ghost character?? Now that was one scary guy. Creeped me out on the Super Friends show.

Yes I do. He was invisible except for the white tux and top hat. Pretty cool.
