Advice Needed On Sharp, Metal Objects

Hi, folks. I'm looking for some help with a costume for Halloween.

I want to dress up as a dinner party guest who didn't go by the proper etiquette for such an occasion and ended up dead (and rather maimed) because of it. The hard part is that I really want it to look like I have a fork sticking out of my shoulder or where the shoulder meets the neck. Aesthetically, it would be nice to keep some of the prongs showing, but it's not very necessary.

Low cost ideas are especially appreciated.
