Anyone feeling the post-Halloween slump?

does anyone else feel that this year went by very quickly? this year, for me, just swooped right by and i didn't even have time to think about it. halloween disapeared as if it never happened and christmas is right around the corner. where did the time go? :?

Taking the stuff down, didn't get me slumped.

But finishing the left over candy today sure did.

But since there's STILL a lot to take down, (and since one of the guests (who had taked the best pictures,) left her camera in someone else's car. I still have pics to post. 3 Picture people took snaps of the party. So as they trickle in, I'll be updating an posting notices & links to the pages.

Halloween's not over yet.
Not as long as there's still pics to post.

five hours of tidying after the halloween party on my birthday lol made me feel flat but i keep one small item in my kitchen to remind me of my favourite time of year. but the memeories should keep ya sprit alive. i dislke xmas time , sorry but not a fan of it at all. bad memories resrface but my family take xmas on , they know halloween for me is my time of festivities.

Now that the stores are loaded to the roof racks with Brightly Coloured xmas stuff, and the xmas music is on in the stores :shock: I'm really feeling my post Halloween slump settling in :cry: Well on the bright side I save my cause I go to the stores far less :wink:

I'm still feelin' it. The bright side of things is that here in VA the leaves turned very late this year. Usually by this point in November the trees are bare. This year, however, they are as brilliant as ever on Nov 18! The fact that I can still look out my window and see vibrant reds, oranges, and yellows satisifies and fills the void Halloweentime left.
