My friend used to live on the Bell Witch Farm. They took care of it and ran the tours of the cave
You can pick your friends and you can pick your nose but you can't wipe your friends under the couch

I missed this topic somehow. I love the Bell Witch stories. I'd imagine if it were true then the land would just "feel" weird. I'd like to visit.

I grew up in TN hearing the stories, and was always fascinated. Finally got to visit a couple years ago. The house is a replica, but the cave was the coolest part and I think all of it had an awesome vibe. The original book written by Charles Bell, one of the descendents is a very cool read. I think it happened :)
It is said that if you hear someone's footsteps behind you on the Halloween night, you should not turn back because it may be a dead following you. And if you commit the mistake of looking back, it is likely that you might join the dead very soon.

I have heard the stories of the Bell Witch. Isn't there a movie based on the stories? I thought there was. I think I would be too scared to actually visit the farm.

I live in Tennessee and am interested in visiting the Bell Witch area. Can anyone give me some info on tours, cost etc?
