Well when you stop and think about it...unless it's a mobile home or a brand spanking new home...chances are...someone has died in it. Which means that every house has the potential to be haunted, unless of course you believe spirits go to an afterlife like Heaven, Hell, or some other paralel dimention, or if you believe in reincarnation or if you don't believe in souls/spirits at all...and we just cease to exist when we die...
The house I live in is over a hundred years old, and people have died in it. One of the oldest houses in town. People have asked if it was haunted.
Is it? Hard to say. I live in the room my grandfather died in. Sometimes when something falls off the shelf for no apparent reason, I think to myself "Oh, is Grandpa mad at me?" Heh. Of course with five cats...the little creeks at night are easily explained :p But sometimes I think Mini can see stuff that I can't...
