Here's a yummy recipe I start to crave right around October. It's a sweet dip, so use graham crackers, vanilla waffers or animal crackers, or something like that to accompany it!
Pumpkin Dip
Ingredients:
1 can of pumpkin (in the baking isle)
1 tub (regular, not large, size) cool whip
1 package of vanilla pudding, instant and also the regular size
pumpkin pie spices
Put the pumpkin, cool whip and pudding powder in a medium bowl and beat with a blender until well blended. Then add the spice of your preferance and mix well. I always start to pig out right away, but it's better if put in the fridge for an hour or more. Overnight for the spices to really develope. Some people like just cinnamon, I like to use allspice, or I think that they even sell a pumpkin pie spice mix. Whatever ya like in your pumpin pie will do! Hope ya like it!
