I'm so hooked on this forum!

Post by DemonSlayerMau » Mon Mar 23, 2009 6:03 pm

Seriously, I think this may be the reason why I'm already looking forward to Halloween in March! The people here are just great, and fun to hang around all year long, and the Halloween spirit can really be felt here.
I can't get enough! I'm like on here just about every day checking up on messages and stuff. Of course, I will probably have to buckle down on class assignments, but you can definately see me popping in here, even if I'm not signed in I'm always tempted to browse and read stuff on here.
I've always been kind of a forum junkie but I love the people here, and here's to sharing several Halloweens to come!
This probably seems crazy, crazy, a graveyard theory,

I look forwasd to Halloween all the time, but more so as it gets closer to the end of Summer. I do enjoy other times of the year quite a lot. The 4th of July is a very close 2nd to Halloween.

I am truly enjoying this forum as well. I've got the Halloween spirit and I'm already excited to start building new props and organizing my stuff for this Halloween.

I know that my excitement at this early date has a lot to do with the members of this forum.

Thanks Everybody!

I definitely enjoy other holidays as I mentioned before, and each one to me has it's own unique holiday spirit and such.
But I just can't think of a Holiday that's more fun than Halloween. I really enjoy the enthusiasm here, and I don't think I've ever seen it that much with any other holiday, except maybe Christmas...my mother just LOVES Christmas.
Thanks for being such a fun, open minded forum, and clean too. Seriously, I'm glad we have the rules here because I feel that adult discussion really taints the quality and maturity of a forum.

My two favorite days of the year are Halloween and the 4thof July in exactly that order.

I poke around a few other forums, but they just get so messy. There's no way to keep up with everything, and it just gets hard to find what you're looking for.

I like this site. I'm learning a lot, and everyone's very nice.

Waaaaay back when I registered here (last year...) I mentioned to RDM and Grimm (anyone seen him?) that with just a few of us haunting this site during the 'off' months that it was like we have a big spooky house all to ourselves, at least until the seasonal haunters show up in the fall.

I'm happy here with or with out the seasonal haunters. But when the seasonals are here, it does make things a tad more lively.

I'm happy as long as there is at least a few new posts each day. That way I'm not just starring at an empty forum.

That's the way I like it too. Some ti mes when there are no new posts, I tend to stay away for a while and come back on ocassion.

But then, Halloween is not the only time of the year that people watch horror movies, tell scary stories or do things that are of a "Halloween" nature. In fact, I went and saw "Hauntnng in Conecicutt" this Saturday and I had to wait for the following show because the one I got there for was sold out.

Was 'Connecticutt' worth the wait?

I had not even heard about it until I read a (negative) review of it in the Times.

On a scale of Charlie Brown to Carnival Of Souls, how creepy is it?

I liked it. I thought it was a good story, and it had a lot of gruesome scenes in it, though it was not as scary as I was expecting it to be.

I naver pay attention to the movie critics.
