Hey, I haven't seen you post in months! Welcome back. :P

Anyways, it's going to be around August before the decorations show up. That's when I really get excited.

I have the luxury of going to a Halloween express that is open all year long.
The dark night beckons. Bear us your soul, it whispers. Expose your wicked delights. Join the rest of us on the wind. The dark night beckons and we answer. Sailing into the shadows.

Lucky. >:(

Mine only comes around after labor day and vanishes on November 1st. It's like a mirage. :P

I might start seeing decorations in the dollar tree, but it took FOREVER for Walmart to come out with decorations for last year. Even then, the decorations weren't that great there.
Now, the dollar tree had those skull goblets that I got, and the kind I got were in different colors.
With all the junk in my room though, I'd really have to find a special decoration before getting it. Something really unique that catches my eye.
Each year I usually get a black cat to add to my collection. The past couple years my boyfriend got me some new black cat plushies. I leave those out all year, since they're special to me.
This probably seems crazy, crazy, a graveyard theory,
A ghost tried to approach me and got leery.
Ask him a question and he vanished in a second...

Hopefully the economy doesn't put a damper on Halloween this year, but I think it probably will.

I don't know about the ecconomy, but I definately need some new pumpkin and skull lights as like Christmas lights, you get one bad light, they all don't work. I would also like to find some window dressing and some wall h angings that are easy to put up and take down.

I have tubs and tubs and tubs of decor so I'm not too worried about $$, but if someone comes out with something spectacular this year, and it's out of my range, I will weep like a little baby

As you are now so once was I,
As I am now so you must be,

Speaking of Halloween Decor, I was cleaning out an old room, and I came across two glow-in-the-dark skeletons that I haven't seen in a bunch of years. I had lots of fun posing them in different positions for Halloween back when I was a kid.

I've got quite a collection of Halloween decorations myself. So, if the economy is in the crapper I won't suffer for it.

I'm lucky in as much as I have a good job, but I will be needing some new decorations for this year, or at least some new light strings. The ones I have are not working very well.

I would also like to do up the yard a little, but nothing too extravigant or that's going to be a bear to take down after Halloween is over.

Michael's (craft stores) starts putting their Autumn items out in June so crafters can start any large or complicated projects early.

I love going in the store on a 100 degree Summer day and walking into a Fall day.
