Total BS..I was in the store today and the Halloween aisles were the busiest aisles in the whole store..and it's a HUGE department store. People had their carts full with decoations, candy and costumes! It was awesome!

The economy has most likely had a big impact on the average of money spent per person. You have to think that the majority of the population isn't in to Halloween like the people on this forum our, which is unfortunate. I will definitely make my contribution this year as usual and I have already spent way past the amount of average money spent per person.

Re: Halloween $ ?
I'll spend over $50 bucks on candy alone! I had 142 TOT-ers last year, and I plan on having a least maybe 200 this year.
I should check out the Halloween Spirit or Party City store. Hopefully they will have some cool stuff to add to my own home graveyard.

Re: Halloween $ ?
Well I have already spent about $50. I got 3 more costumes to buy, food for our party, candy for ToT'ers, and supplies for decorations (we like to make ours). I will be doing my fair share to contribute!
