has anyone been there?? and if so is it any good?
Also is this the one where if you make it all the way through you get your money back?

If you are talking about the one in Ohio, I have been there twice and it is awesome! It's not the one where you get your money back, but it is soo much fun. If you go to sevenfloorsofhell.com (I think that is the right address) or just google it, you can find more info.

I have heard of some like this. One near me in Indiana i think....they give you money once you make it past certain floors. But apparently at that point they are allowed to touch you and you have to go alone.

that's just plain scary if you have someone touch you, I mean after all the psycho flicks I've watched, I mean how do you really know if they're all sane individuals you could have a nut on your hands
