I hope we're talking about 2 different things. The ones I posted are cardboard and glitter. :D

I don't think we are, Andy. The candy houses I am refering do actualy have a card board base to stick the candy to, but they are candy houses. Actualy a good percentage of them have no cardboard framing at all. They are made out of ginger bread, and decorated with any kind of candy you can imagine. It's really quite a display.

Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

I would love to see your Grinch art, Adrian.
I'm a HUGE original Grinch fan!

Oh no way would I charge you for it! If I could do it well enough, it could be a late Christmas present. :) hehe
I should try it!

I'm going try my hand at making some of these old fashioned German houses. They look simple enough and as I've said before, I like shiny things

Hi Andy, I really like this site, did you see the one's made out of paper models, there is a thread on it? I have never done any but looks like fun. They could be a nice gift hint, hint!! Witchy

Andy, as soon as that ginger bread house display is out, I'll be sure to post a few pics of it.

If you mean the patterns that yo can print out then yes. I have a REALLY simple one that I'm going to try out this weekend. If I get into it I might even make my own papier mache boards to cut the pieces out of (but I probably won't :) )
