Post by iHaunt » Sun Aug 08, 2010 4:15 pm

So, what are you going to have for dinner tonight?

We will have meat loaf with mashed potato, green beans and sweet rolls. :D

I think we'll just eat whatever's around, especially since there's pizza left from last night.

I BBQ'd steaks and made a new recipe for roasted veggies and potatoes. It was apparently 'Greek' but didn't taste particularly like anything more than veggies, olive oil and salt-n-pepper.

I made steaks with some Beef Chuck, I put olive oil and pepper on one side then a rub on the other side and cooked it in the oven at 400 and flipped them half way through then broiled them for about 4min to finish them off and had baked potatoes. Unfortunately the steaks, altho cooked, were too tough, I needed to cook them at a lower temp (about 350) for a longer period of time to knock down the connective tissues and fat more........But they did taste good, just a little tough.

Leftover lasagna I think...

People don't eat Spam, that's just a joke.

If you fry it up it is good...but SPAM is better than TREET.

I didn't even know TREET was real, I had to look it up on google.

And iHaunt, I'm fully convinced you must be European. Tell us about some of the great dishes of your homeland.

TREET is pretty similar to SPAM, but SPAM is a lot whole better. ;) And, for some great dishes of our families...

Spaghetti
Pizzeria
Stromboli
Veal Parmigiana
Beef or Cheese Ravioli
Baked Ziti
Corned Beef and Cabbage
Pepper Steak with Rice
.....

We also eat American foods, Chinese foods, Mexican foods, almost everything. :D

For me, I love pig chittlings, pig ears, scrapple, pig feets, squids, lobsters, catfishes, which some of my family really hated them!
