Just today I got a phone call from my stepfather... he told me not to cook anything tonight because he is going to bring some foods over here from 360 Pizzeria. ;) I don't know what we're going to eat tonight, so we have to wait and see.

I'm making Pizza tonight.
I make a home made crust, can't go wrong with it.
I like marinara for a red sauce but an alfredo is also good with toppings like grilled chicken and veggies.
All you that doth my grave pass by,

Usually I get a can of crushed, stewed tomatoes and then I add all the seasonings and garlic and salt, oil, etc to make my own sauce but today I bought some pre-made, and then put it on a boboli crust, I havent made my own dough yet, then of course cheese, peperoni, and olives.

Weds. is a crowded night for us, so I am making another crock pot meal. This one will be pepper steak. I'll have it with noodles and fruit (pears & peaches) on the side.

Thanks! My family will no doubt complain, though. My husband doesn't like anything the least bit like stews, and my daughter hardly eats anything. My one hope is that my son eats everything with no complaints. We have to be somewhere by 6:30, though, and won't be home until after 8, so I really need to have a meal cooking all day. I'm chauffeuering (sp?) everyone after school, so there's no time to come home and cook in the late afternoon.

My Thursdays are like that, and everyone in my family hates stew too, everyone except me that is.
