Middle of September for me.

New decoration date: September 1st

Some things start coming out towards the end of August, heck I even have my punkin soap dispenser out already! But mostly the middle of September, otherwise my fiance gets a bit upset LOL

i.e. the front garden now has skull fence around it.

the complete rollout on September 1, work overnight the last day of August, and the neighbors wake up with a suprise

I might put a few things out in the end of September. I am not sure if I will be putting a lot out or not. I will have to look in my decoration box and see what I have in it. I will put my graveyard out a week before Halloween. Because last year I put it out more early and over time one of the gravestones fell over. The stakes tore through the back of it. I do not want that to happen to all of them this year. I have one plastic gravestone that I might put out more early because that will not break like foam ones do.

on the inside i start decore on the first of september
on the out side the day before, only because i know someone would steal my props, and wreck them

i'm not allowed to decorate til oct 1. i start buying and pulling things out way bofore then. outside i do all halloween, but inside i do a mixture of halloween and autumn. that way after i pack up the halloween stuff, i still have stuff for thanksgiving

Since it's one month to the day until autumn, this morning I brought out my scarecrow that sits in the bud vase in my car (Beetle) dashboard all season!!

He has no name but I will entertain suggestions as it only seems right to give him one.

We start first week of september so that we are up and running by october 1st we have a huge light and sound set up that take alot of time to set up but it is so worthing when the kid come up asking if i'm going to out do last year.

How bout this name? Scare D. Crows

I start decorating inside in early to mid September.
I'll decorate outside at the start of October.
I'd get things out even earlier than that if my wife would let me.

...probably when my grandmother lets me touch the front porch. lol. Though I probably won't start until sometime in September, but I may wait and see. Depends on how excited I get to get into the spooky spirit. :3

I just put some decorations downstairs. I put those bloody words decorations on the window downstairs. You know, those blood dripping window clings?

All these I put downstairs. I am going to put creepy cloth on the window too. I also have decorations in the living room. But nothing goes outside until October. Man! I do not remember if I ever put stuff out this early before!

The last 3 or 4 days of September. And they stay up through All Saints Day and All Souls day. Everything comes down on Nov 3rd to make way for the Christmas cleaning after that.
