I can't wait to walk into Big Lots and see their first Halloween stuff.
That's always a high point of the year for me.
Yeah, I can be a real geek sometimes.

I got my first Oriental Trading Halloween cat. in the mail today!!! Several sale items. A few pretty good deals. Plastic serving trays shaped like tomb stones 2 for $1.97. Mostly party stuff. I'm hoping they will have some great new stuff this year.

I think it's interesting to see when certain stores open up for Halloween. After the 4th of July, there are really no decoration-worthy holidays [if you know what I mean] until Halloween.

I know. I put up a Christmas tree in September. I decorate it with pumpkins, straw, and other fall/Halloween items. I love Summer, but by the end of August I am tired of the bland decor. That tree stays up until February, changing from fall to Christmas to winter snow. Then it comes down for the bla, bland, off season

That's cool, if that amuses you. I prefer to put up unique decor, though, for each holiday. It might get a little boring to look at photos of each holiday, and say, "Look, it's our Halloween tree." Then, "Hey, it's our Thanksgiving tree!" And finally at Christmas, say, "Oh, there's that old tree again."

That is awesome, my sister has something similar to that all year round.
