I have good will power Andy...only cheese on my burgers and beer for big events...if I had a golf cart to ride around in...never mind. 
Yeah, the kids keep me quite active...I have to chase them around all the time.
Ciuin, it feels really good...but my goal is another 15 lbs...but I am motivated this time.
Mac, Thanks brotha...I'm not ready for the kilt yet but you never know if I reach my goal hee hee LOL.

I'm happy because all the kids went back to school today and it's nice and quiet here, but it wont last long

You guys are too funny.
Now my youngest is in high school & in Marching band and all I do is run her around, I can't wait till she can drive herself around!! She may be back in school, but I think I like just being home with her. Ha ha ha!!
