I'm happy because someone wished Witchy a happy birthday, even though it's not really her birthday. It's the anniversary of her birthday... but that's picking nits. What is a nit anyway? I'm only asking because everyone says I have a lot of it to go along with my wit. Actually... they're always calling me a nit-wit. Hmmm...

A nit is a little bug, or more or less a baby head lice. When children get head lice, their mom or dad has to comb them out with a fine tooth metal come, so they can pick out all the nits. It's very painful. That happened to my niece when she was in 5th grade, and it was nothing short of a living hell for her. A friend of hers actualy had to have her head shaved and cleaned with a medicated soap. The other kids at school called her "Q Ball," and "The Human Door Know," and a whole host of other even less kind names.

Hi everyone, I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe Christmas!! We have been really busy, with family and friends. Now I'm hoping everything starts to slow down, it's been a whirlwind here, and ready for a break!!! How is everyone doing? (We, knock on wood, have been health for the most part!!) My youngest has to go to the hospital and have an Upper GI done, she has been losing weight, they did an XRay on her and she has to ribs fused together, but they don't think thats it, she's still doing pretty good considering, she is 5' 7" and now weight 112, She should weigh around 125 to 130, now with that being said she is starting to gain a little bit back, so we are hoping she is on the up swing. (Fingers crossed!!)
If I don't here from anyone, I hope you all have a safe and fabulous New Year!!!! Witchy

Hope they have figured out your daughter's problem,, and that it is an easy fix, Witchy! Nothing frets me like trouble with/for my kids.
My daughter just got her first pair of contact lenses today. I guess that is something to be happy about.

found a $10 bill on the ground outside the post office today! which I used to by a foot long bacon egg and cheese flat bread. that made me happy

I'm happy because I'm eating half a foot long hotdog for lunch. And drinking one of my home-made Sonic Cherry Limeades. Yum!

I'm happy everyone is doing pretty good at our house, it's about time!!
I'm also happy my daughter is a senior this year!!! YEAH!!!
